Held Monthly at the Fairgrounds Memorial Building
Let’s roll, Burns! Thanks to a generous donation from our local Girl Scouts Troop, we now have 21 new pairs of skates—including 10 adjustable-size pairs—ready to hit the floor! Big shoutout for supporting safe, fun community skating!
🗓️ Roller Skate Night Schedule
- 📍 Location: Fairgrounds Memorial Building
- 📆 When: One Friday night each month
- 👶 Age Group 0–9: 4:00 – 6:00 PM
- 🧒 Ages 10 & Up: 6:00 – 8:00 PM
- 💵 Entry Fee: $3.00 per skater
- 🎉 Includes games, music, and loads of fun!
🛼 Helmets required for skaters age 12 & under
🥤 Concessions available: Nachos, candy, hot cocoa, and water
🎃 Halloween Skate Night – TBD!
Due to ongoing construction at the Fairgrounds, water and sewer are currently unavailable at the Memorial Building. We’re hoping to host a Halloween Skate Night, but we’ll keep you posted as updates come in!
💬 What Is the Roller Skate Program?
A monthly community event bringing families together for fun, fitness, and laughter. A safe, welcoming space where kids and adults can:
- Learn to skate
- Play games
- Enjoy music
- Connect with the community
Skates and helmets are available to borrow for both kids and adults—no skates? No problem!
